Picture this...coconut palm-covered hillsides sloping gently down to a secluded beach. Treat yourself to the island getaway you deserve at the end of a hectic trip or as the perfect start to a holiday. Tucked away on tranquil Yai Noi Bay, the Coral Bay Resort offers lush tropical gardens, a swimming pool and comfortable thatched bungalows with huge verandahs, ideal for lazy afternoons.
Day 1 Ko Samui
Thailand's third-largest island makes its fortune from coconuts. While this is a staple of the local cuisine, the island also offers many other diversions and delights, including snorkelling, diving and sea kayaking. Ko Samui is also home to many temples, including Wat Khunaraam, where the main attraction is a mummified monk.
Days 2-4 Coral Bay Resort
This eco-friendly resort is located on the beachfront just north of Chaweng Beach. Tucked away in palm-shaded tropical gardens sloping gently down to the white sandy beach, the resort is also within easy reach of shops, nightlife and restaurants. The coral reef in the bay keeps away noisy power boats and jet skis and provides a serene setting for snorkelling and fishing.
Day 5 Ko Samui
As all good things must come to an end, today it's time to bid farewell to beautiful Ko Samui.
